RPK, SinChew Reporter Tan Hoon Cheng and DAP MP Teresa Kok were arrested under ISA yesterday.
Updates for MP Teresa arrest could be obtained at Kit’s Blog. To add on something here, when are we going to do away with this draconian law of ISA? Why on earth this law is still being used after 51 years of merdeka to deprive not only one’s freedom, but his/her rights for legal representation and a chance to defend in the Court of Law?

As and YB, you your comment on this issue. I know that you are a lawyer, whether there is and law to protect malaysian like Teresa?
When Teresa can be release? How long? Under the ISA, government can simply arrest people?
What kind of Malaysia gornment? i really disappointed to ours government. How to change government soon.
